Day 1: Bike assembly and saddle position 28 km, 750 m

In the morning, guests will arrive at Florence Airport, where the Slice Adventures staff will transfer them to the accommodation in Montepulciano, where they will stay for the entire vacation. After settling into their rooms, lunch will be served. Later, a professional mechanic will assist guests in unpacking and assembling their bikes or adjusting the position for those who have rented bikes. Once everyone is ready, a test ride will be conducted to check the bikes and saddle positions. Dinner: At the accommodation.

Day 2: 67 km, 2000 m

This gravel route departing from Montepulciano offers an exhilarating adventure through the Tuscan hills, perfect for lovers of the outdoors and breathtaking landscapes. The journey begins in Monticchiello, a charming medieval village, then continues to Castiglioncello del Trinoro, where stunning views await. After a challenging climb, the descent leads to Sarteano, with its historic castle and picturesque center. The ride then heads toward Chianciano Terme, renowned for its thermal waters, before returning to Montepulciano. Combining gravel roads, vineyards, and medieval villages, this itinerary offers a blend of nature, sport, and culture, creating an unforgettable experience in the Tuscan countryside. Day 3: 76 km, 2470 m

This gravel route begins in Montepulciano and takes you through the stunning Val d’Orcia, one of Tuscany’s most iconic regions. Continuing on gravel roads and trails immersed in nature, the route leads to San Quirico d’Orcia, a charming medieval village famous for its gardens and historic streets. Guided tour of the San Casciano archaeological site, followed by dinner in the city center.

Departing from Montepulciano, this captivating gravel route guides you through breathtaking landscapes, historic villages, and rolling hills. The ride begins toward Cetona, a medieval gem surrounded by unspoiled nature. The route then continues to Radicofani, where the medieval castle stands tall, offering unmatched views of the Tuscan countryside. The itinerary alternates between gravel roads and paved sections, weaving through green landscapes, vineyards, and picturesque villages, before returning to Montepulciano. Day 6: Torrenieri, Montalcino

Starting from Montepulciano, this scenic gravel route explores some of Val d’Orcia’s most iconic locations. The journey begins in Torrenieri, a peaceful village marking the entrance to Tuscany’s stunning hills. The route continues to Montalcino, famous for its Brunello wine and the medieval castle overlooking the valley. The path alternates between gravel roads and asphalt, offering stunning views of vineyards, cypress trees, and rolling hills. After exploring Montalcino, the return to Montepulciano provides spectacular vistas, rounding off an adventure that combines nature, history, and wine tradition.
