Eroica is one of the most iconic and captivating cycling events in Italy, held annually in Gaiole in Chianti, in the heart of Tuscany. The first edition dates back to 1997, and since then, it has become a highly significant event for cycling enthusiasts, as well as a tribute to the tradition of vintage cycling races. Our goal is to guide you along this fantastic route, allowing you to fully enjoy the beauty of this part of Tuscany.
In the morning, guests will arrive at Florence Airport, where the Slice Adventures staff will take care of transferring them to the accommodation in Gaiole in Chianti, where they will stay for the first night. After allowing time to settle into their rooms, lunch will be served. Later, a professional mechanic will assist guests in unpacking and assembling their bikes or setting up the correct position for those who have rented bikes. Once everyone is ready, we will go for a test ride to check the bikes and ensure everyone’s saddle position is properly adjusted.
The adventure begins in Gaiole in Chianti, a village nestled in the heart of the Chianti hills.
